• Indemnify and hold harmless OICT and its Affiliates and keep OICT and its Affiliates indemnified and held harmless against any and all liabilities (actual or contingent), losses, suits, claims, demands, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever, whether presently existing or hereafter arising, known or unknown and whether or not in contemplation, Arising, as a direct result of the electronic nature of the DO or DOE, under or in connection with any Container Release Order provided by OICT pursuant to any DO and DOE received by it electronically.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the Sultanate of Oman laws. The Sultanate of Oman Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter in connection with this Agreement.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The information (including text, images, logos, diagrams and photographs) and its arrangement, layout and display on this website (‘Works’) are protected by copyright, trade mark and other forms of intellectual property rights.

Unless expressly indicated to the contrary, OICT owns the copyright in all Works on this site. Except as indicated below, You must not copy, reproduce, publish, communicate, adapt, modify, transmit or distribute these copyright Works.
