SOHAR Port and Freezone is a deep-sea port and free-zone in Oman, managed by Sohar Industrial Port Company, a joint venture between the Port of Rotterdam and the Sultanate of Oman.

Port of Sohar benefits from an enviable position outside the Strait of Hormuz, offering access to over 3.5 billion consumers in the Gulf area by land, sea, or air from outside the Gulf. It also lies along global trade routes between Europe and Asia as well as a cornerstone in the region's fast developing road-air-rail infrastructure, offering better business connections and unprecedented opportunities for growth.

Port of Sohar recently launched SOHAR Routescanner, a unique online route planner, which provides information on available connections to hinterland destinations.
